Everyone is asking what to do with the Vellum papers.
If you've done a great scrapbook page using Vellum papers, we want to see
them and share them. Please submit a color copy of your favorite page using
vellum, no later that September 30. We will display them for all to see,
we will vote on the best page and the winner will receive a $25.00 gift
certificate. All submissions will become a part of our permanent "line
of fame" for all to enjoy. |

The long awaited brush lettering book by artist extraordinaire,
the one and only Susan Ratto, is finally
on our shelves.
We are so proud to be the first store to host a book signing soiree
with the grand dame of brush markers!
Please join us Friday, September
15, 2000 from 4-7 p.m. for this special treat. We will have lots
of books available and you can have yours signed by Susy...what a treasure!
So mark your calendars and pencil her in (oops, brush marker) her into
your schedule. |

from Scrapbook Safari |
The first summer of the new millennium was a very busy one here at Scrapbook
Safari. We each took some time off to be with our families, we hired Brittany
to help us out, we shopped at the LA Mart sticker show, and ordered tons
of new items and we remodeled the store (again). If you haven't
been in in a while, come and see what we've done, We are really happy with
all the new shelves and the way the store is organized, but most important,
we are so happy that we have room to grow, more sticker racks and more
paper racks and more space for more and more toys ...you all know how much
we love to shop for the newest stuff!
We have been seeing a lot of familiar faces, and also are welcoming so
many new people who are discovering our store for the very first time.
To all of Mrs. Anderson's and Let's Party "orphans," welcome, we enjoy
having you as part of our family.
With fall just around the corner, we have scheduled quite a few workshops
and Moonlighters so that those of you who were too busy during the summer
will have the opportunity to come in, crop and catch up.
Lots of new products have been introduced at the most recent trade shows
and we have placed our orders for these.We cannot wait to fill up our shelves
with all the fun stuff.
So stop on by and come see us at Scrapbook Safari, the valley's most COMPREHENSIVE
scrapbook store!
